This dialog box displays these properties for the selected
items:
Name: you can change the name if you
selected a single item
Type: MIME type of the element, as
provided by the system
Path
Content: this line is useful for
folders, it shows the number of contained files and
folders
Attritbutes: Shows the various
attributes for the file, the presentation is Unix oriented
with the 3 flags groups Read/Write/Execute for
User/Group/Other. At the bottom, To be archived / Compressed
and Hidden flag of Windows are also available. Note the
Windows Read-Only flag, is inverted here to match the Unix
'User Write' flag.
The box uses a progressive scan so that you can interrupt
the scan if the folders contain many more sub-folders than
expected.
