30-Day Refund policy
We are so sure of the quality of our software that we offer 30-day refund policy. Just one condition, tell us why the software does not fit your needs together with your refund request. It will let us improve the software and maybe fix your problem and save you the effort to find another software.
Support and upgrade conditions
Each product purchased comes with a support and upgrade service. All the following versions (bug fixes, minor and major releases) are free of charge during this period of ONE year. Beyond this period, bug fix releases remaining free of charge. You can extend this period for 20% of the price per year and for a period of 4 additional years maximum (ECMerge familly).
When your free update period expires, you can buy the new version of your product at 40% rebate. Please contact us to get the coupon code.
'All platforms' bundle
The 'All platforms' bundle is automatically extended to newly supported platforms. When a new platform is supported during your support initial period or extension, you acquire it automatically for free.
Buying without VAT?
- Sales to customers outside of the European Union are exempt from VAT
- Your company is located in a country which is a member of the European Union and you have a valid company VAT number
For the second case, you just need to
create an account on our website and send us a message with your VAT number. We will validate it and register it, so that all orders processed with the website account will not contain the VAT charge.
Site licences
If you have a lot of potential software users, and you do not want to worry about new licences in the future, then your choice is the Site licence.
A site licence covers multiple employees at one site.
Applicable support and upgrade conditions are the same as above.
Do you want unlimited upgrades? Double the cost of a standard Site licence, it entitles you to free upgrades with no time limit.
Enterprise licences
An Enterprise licence covers all the company employees whatever their location. Please contact us for more details.

Open Source projects
We want to encourage Open Source projects. We offer free licences to active contributors of free projects, we also give rebates for multi-licensed projects from which one at least is free. In exchange, you just have to cite us as one of your sponsor. Please click here for more details.
